Services / Brand Activations
Campaign ideas that work in a real space, with something for people to do rather than just look at.
They remember what they did.
An activation earns attention by giving people a reason to stop — a game, a photo, a sample, a moment worth sending to someone else. The brand lands because it was attached to something they chose to take part in, not because it was written large enough.
We work out what that reason is, build the thing it needs, and put a team on the ground to run it for as long as it's live.
WHAT IT HAS TO DO
People are walking somewhere else. Whatever you build has about three seconds to be more interesting than where they were going.
Attention is easy to win and hard to keep. There has to be something to actually do, and it has to be worth queueing for.
The best activations keep working once people leave — a photo they posted, a product they kept, a story they told someone.

FORMATS WE BUILD
Footfall is high and attention is low. Compact builds that read from the walkway and clear quickly at close.
Weather, crowds and long run times. Structures that survive a full day outside and staff who can keep up with the queue.
A captive audience with time on their hands. Games and installations people come back to across a whole weekend.
Low light, high energy. Lit builds and interactive pieces designed to look good in the photos people are already taking.
The same activation in several cities. Built to pack down, travel and go up again without looking second-hand.
WHY IT WORKS
Nobody chooses to see a billboard. They do choose to play the game, take the photo or join the queue — and chosen attention is worth more.
Every activation generates photos and video from the people attending it, which keeps working long after the structure comes down.
Footfall, participation, samples handed out, time spent. You can stand there and watch whether the idea landed.
HOW IT RUNS
What you want people to do, and who exactly is walking past. Everything after this is shaped by the answer.
The reason someone stops. Usually one simple mechanic rather than several clever ones.
Layout, structure and visuals, plus the venue or municipality approvals the location needs before anything is built.
Fabrication, print and finishing managed end to end, with the mechanic tested before it goes anywhere near the public.
Briefed, branded staff on the ground for the full run, restocking and keeping the queue moving.
Our own photo and video team covers it while it's live, then a clean take-down and footage you can use afterwards.
