THE PROOF IT HAPPENED.

Coverage of the work we build and content made to be published — shot on site, cut for the platform it runs on, delivered while it is still current.

AN EVENT ENDS. THE FOOTAGE DOESN'T.

Most of the audience sees the work on a screen.

A stand is live for three days. A launch runs for one night. What carries it past that is the set of images and clips that come out of it — the recap the client sends internally, the reel that runs on social, the photographs that end up in next year's proposal.

Because we are usually the ones who built the thing being shot, the crew knows which angle holds up, which detail took three weeks to get right, and when the room is about to look its best.

WHAT WE SHOOT

COVERAGE, CONTENT AND EVERYTHING BETWEEN.

(01)

Event coverage

Conferences, launches and ceremonies photographed as they run — the stage, the stand, the room full and the details that prove the budget was spent well.

(02)

Activation & campaign films

A short cut of what the activation actually looked like on the street: setup, crowd, reactions, the moment the idea lands.

(03)

Product & still life

Controlled shots of products, awards, gifts and packaging — clean enough for e-commerce, styled enough for a campaign.

(04)

Corporate & team portraits

Leadership, staff and headshot sessions handled on your premises, consistent across the whole company rather than gathered from ten different phones.

(05)

Social content

Vertical clips and stills produced in the same session as the main shoot, sized and cut for the feed instead of cropped down from a landscape file.

(06)

Build & install documentation

The stand going up, the print going on, the site before and after — useful for approvals, for case studies, and for the next tender.

HOW WE SHOOT

ON SITE, WITH THE BUILD TEAM.

(01)

We know the room

When the crew has been on site since the build started, nothing is a surprise — the lighting, the sightlines and the best hour of the day are already known.

(02)

Shot for where it runs

Feed, deck, press release and printed report need different frames. We agree the outputs before the shoot, not after.

(03)

Fast turnaround

A recap posted a week late is archive material. Selects go out quickly so the content is still live while people are still talking.

HOW IT RUNS

FROM BRIEF TO DELIVERED FILES.

(01)

Brief & outputs

What the material is for, where it will be published, and which sizes and formats have to come out of the day.

(02)

Shot list & recce

The must-have frames agreed in writing, and the location checked for light, power and access before the crew arrives.

(03)

Shoot day

Photographer and videographer working the same schedule, so stills and motion come from the same moments instead of competing for them.

(04)

Selects

A first set of usable images out quickly — enough to post with while the full edit is in progress.

(05)

Edit & grade

Retouching, colour and cuts, with one round of revisions built into the schedule rather than treated as an extra.

(06)

Delivery

Final files in the sizes agreed at step one, organised and handed over with usage rights stated clearly.
